Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.

Promote and sell company products/services to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term customer engagement.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Client Handling & Negotiation

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Conduct effective negotiations to close deals successfully.

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Perform market and ratio analysis to track performance against goals.

Provide feedback to management on market developments and improvement opportunities.
Collaboration & Communication

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Facilitate effective communication between clients and the company.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
