Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

​

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.

  • Promote and sell company products/services to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term customer engagement.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

 

Client Handling & Negotiation

  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

  • Conduct effective negotiations to close deals successfully.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

 

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

  • Perform market and ratio analysis to track performance against goals.

  • Provide feedback to management on market developments and improvement opportunities.

 

Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and the company.

  • Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity.

 

Continuous Learning & Growth

  • Stay updated with the latest sales strategies and industry regulations.

  • Adapt quickly to new sales techniques and business requirements.

  • Develop strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities for sales effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Fresher or candidates with proven sales experience are welcome.

  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and compliance with industry regulations.

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
