Location: Nagpur/Pan India

 

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in construction site management, technical drawings, and project execution. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure smooth site operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare technical drawings and construction layouts.

• Review work schedules and delegate site tasks.

• Conduct preliminary inspections at potential construction sites.

• Gather data and write site reports and necessary documentation.

• Determine project feasibility and provide approvals.

• Develop construction budget estimates and track site costs.

• Provide technical advice, diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.

• Coordinate and collaborate with clients, construction crews, subcontractors and other professionals.

• Conduct quality assurance inspections and give feedback to ensure high workmanship standards.

 

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

• 2–4 years of relevant site experience (PEB/industrial projects preferred).

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision and safety protocols.

• Excellent reporting, communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel outside of Nagpur as project needs demand.
