Customer Success Sales Representative

Location: Nagpur

As a Customer Success Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions, and driving sales growth. You will be expected to understand customer requirements, provide tailored solutions, and act as a liaison between the customer and the internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their PEB needs.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to queries and issues.

  2. Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

    • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate new business and support business development efforts.

    • Develop sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales to achieve company targets.

  3. Customer Success and Retention:

    • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and ensuring the successful delivery of PEB solutions.

    • Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics, implementing improvement plans when necessary.

    • Address any customer concerns and resolve them efficiently to maintain high levels of customer retention.

  4. Project Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the internal project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution from order placement to completion.

    • Manage client expectations and communicate project timelines, costs, and updates clearly.

  5. Post-Sales Support:

    • Provide after-sales support to ensure that customers are satisfied with their PEB structures and address any issues that arise post-delivery.

    • Regularly gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.

  6. Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition in the PEB industry.

    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market insights.

  7. Also, to go and resolve any dispute/dissatisfaction if any, and if the site demands so.

  8. Any tasks to be performed given by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in customer success, sales, or project management in the construction or PEB industry.

  • Strong understanding of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and their applications.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to maintain long-term relationships.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate project execution.
