Civil Technical/Operations Head

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Technical/Operations Head to lead our technical and operations team in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects and operational processes, ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion along with Sales.

 

To set the professional work environment.

Reporting system to be derived.

SOD/EOD/weekly/monthly/quarterly review.

To meet the Sales target.

To do ration analysis to meet the profitability of civil unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management:

    • Lead and manage the technical and operations team, providing guidance, training, and support.

    • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Coordinate with senior management to align operational activities with business objectives.

  • Project Management:

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of PEB projects.

    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    • Manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.

  • Technical Oversight:

    • Provide technical expertise and guidance on PEB design, construction, and installation.

    • Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications.

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

  • Quality Control:

    • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.

    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality.

    • Address any technical issues or challenges that arise during project execution.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

    • Facilitate effective communication between the technical team and other departments.

    • Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and technical documentation.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
