Safety Monitoring and Compliance:

• Perform risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential safety hazards.

• Develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate identified risks.

• Conduct safety training programs for employees and subcontractors, including induction training for new hires.

• Ensure that all workers are knowledgeable about safety procedures and equipment use.

Incident Investigation and Reporting:

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine causes and implement preventive measures.

Safety Policy Development:

• Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
