The Civil Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing civil engineering projects in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry. This role involves managing project schedules, resources, and communications to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with specific experience in PEB projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination:

Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on schedule.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and budgets.

Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure resource availability and project alignment.

Communication and Reporting:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project team members.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
